Key Features

  • Chrome plated solid brass construction: The tap body and spout are manufactured from solid brass with a chrome plated finish, providing durability in high use commercial environments.
  • Time flow operation: The tap delivers a timed shut off cycle after each use, automatically stopping water flow without user intervention and preventing continuous running.
  • Swivel spout: The spout rotates to allow flexible positioning over the basin, useful where basin geometry or shared use requires adjustable water delivery.
  • Front access maintenance: The internal mechanism can be serviced from the front without removing the tap from the wall, reducing maintenance time and disruption.
  • Water efficient: The 3 lpm flow rate delivers up to 85% water savings compared to a conventional tap, supporting water management requirements in commercial and public facilities.
  • 30 year warranty: Covered by Delabie's 30 year warranty on the tap body.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the time flow mechanism operate?

The tap delivers water for a preset timed cycle each time it is activated, then shuts off automatically. This prevents continuous or unattended water flow without requiring any additional valve or electronic control.

Can the tap be serviced without removing it from the wall?

Yes. The internal mechanism is accessible from the front of the tap, allowing maintenance and cartridge replacement to be carried out in place without disconnecting the tap from the wall.
