Easy Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. If you change your mind, or the product is not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Email sales@flushfittings.co.uk with your order number and we will send you the return address and a returns reference. That is all it takes. Do not send anything back before you have the reference, as we will not be able to trace it.
Return shipping is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please send it back within 14 days of us confirming the return.
Condition
The item must arrive back unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and fittings included. It must show no sign of having been installed or fitted.
Items returned with signs of wear or installation cannot be refunded. We will contact you and you can arrange collection at your cost.
Refunds
We will email you once the item arrives back and has been checked. Your refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving it.
Custom made and custom finish products
Made to order and custom finish products cannot be returned or cancelled once the order is confirmed. This includes powder coated items, ceramic coated items, RAL colour matched items, and any product built to a size, configuration or specification that is not a standard line. These are made specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
We confirm the finish, colour, size and specification with you in writing before placing any custom order. Please check it carefully before approving.
Damaged or incorrect items
Check your delivery before you sign for it. If there is visible damage to the packaging or the product, note it on the delivery paperwork and email photos to sales@flushfittings.co.uk within 48 hours. If you only find the damage after unpacking, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We cover all shipping costs on damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Keep the original packaging, as claims cannot be settled without it.
Items damaged after installation or use are not refundable unless covered by the manufacturer warranty.
Cancellations
Email or call us as soon as you can. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Orders cancelled after dispatch are treated as a return and you pay the return shipping. Custom made and custom finish products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
