Frequently Asked Questions

How does the time flow mechanism work?

Operating the control opens the cartridge valve, which delivers water for approximately 7 seconds then closes automatically regardless of whether the user remains at the basin.

What does the anti blocking system do?

The AB anti blocking system allows water to flow only when the push button is released rather than held depressed, preventing objects from being wedged against the button to cause uncontrolled continuous flow.

Is there a variant suited to accessible washroom facilities?

One variant features lever operation with a soft touch action and is confirmed by Delabie as suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Can the cartridge be replaced without removing the tap?

Yes, all variants are designed for front access maintenance, so the cartridge can be serviced without removing the tap from the basin.
